The position As Training Partner, you will be responsible to help us achieve our strategic target of ensuring “Fast Time to Skill” of our new employees across Emerging Technologies. To do this you will work closely with HR Business Partners, global training organization, local training teams and your colleagues in ET Training as well as ensuring an involvement of local management and employees. In addition, you will both look inside and outside of Novo Nordisk to find best practice solutions. You will:
