In Automation, Data & Change we are supporting the move from manual optimization and processes in Operations to data-driven customer service delivery across the bank. About this opportunity
First and foremost welcome to the Automation, Data & Change team. We are part of GBS Operations, which is responsible for running all of Nordea’s customer related operations and thereby supporting the Business Areas in delivering products and services to our customers.
As the Head of Operations Capabilities, you will play a vital role in enabling Operations develop and drive its strategic change agenda supporting Nordea’s priorities. The purpose of the role is to create the centre point within Automation, Data & Change to work with the Head of Operations and Operations Executive Management to develop and deliver strategic capabilities & priorities that by nature have a high profile across the organization.
