CASH DESK
•. Process sales, exchanges and refunds
efficiently, accurately and quickly in all
payment methods
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
with support from the Head Cashier
• Comply with the Company Security
Procedures and policies. Ensure that
relevant documents are understood and
signed.
• Ensure the highest level of Customer service
at the till in all processes – welcoming,
transactions, communicating, packing the
items and greeting the customer.
• Provide till reports throughout the day to
Managers and colleagues when required
• Ensure complete efficiency when following
opening and closing cash desk procedures
DELIVERY
• Processing and executing the
delivery process (unpacking, sorting,
placing, pricing, etc)
Reporting to: General manager/Departement manager/Operation manager
STANDARDS
Ensure image of the store is
maintained through different tasks
and Cellular organization at all times.
•To ensure an effective replenishment
that complies with company
standards.
• Maintenance of the
stockrooms' organisation
(standards, layout, efficiency)
•To ensure RFID and its devices (PDA's
and iPods, efficient 25R) are taking
care of and used correctly.
•Folllows practices and routines and
works alongside the Commercial
team.
• To report and keep line manager
informed at all time (If need of further
actions).
• To ensure good housekeeping is
maintained throughout all areas in
the store.
•To ensure standards on the floor are
respected – tables, collets, shoes and
walls looks clean, tidy and appealing
to the customers.
•To be aware of the risks employees
and customers are exposed to and
to be aware of safe work practices and
Company procedures to overcome
them.
•To promote work routines and
environment to enhance the welfare of
the Teams , and treat teammates with
ultimate respect
•Ensures to report to management team
in case any risks or situations occurs.
•To actively communicate with the
General manager to ensure
maintenance issues are reported and
incidences sorted.
•Follow and promotes H&S standards
reports any hazards or incident.
•Comply with the Company Health &
Safety Policy at all times, as well as
Employee and Work Environment
