Senior Support Technician, Il-Fgura, Malta (405173)

AIS Environment Ltd, Il-Fgura, Malta, is looking for a Senior Support Technician.

Job description

• Performing configuration and maintenance of ELV and Building Automation systems
• Bench-testing equipment and devices
• Identifying and solving electronic faults and repairs to maintain customer satisfaction
• Attending customers premises to perform on-Site technical support
• Liaising with suppliers and third parties to solve issues
• Supporting the company’s internal IT setup and system administration

Requirements

• Be in possession of an Advanced Diploma in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Possession of an Electrical Licence A or B would be an asset
• Three years’ work experience in similar field
• Have good ICT skills and be comfortable working with applications such as MS Office and other
• Be smart, highly motivated and can work on your own initiative
• Have good written and verbal skills in English. Very good level of Maltese is considered a plus
• Hold a valid local driving licence
• Post may require on-call duties and out-of-office hours support
