Project Manager with international digital Project Management experience

You will have the overall responsibility of leading and running several major projects, which all have a huge impact on our business across the entire Group. One of the major upcoming projects is to integrate our Nordic content platform into our Spanish platform, Altamira. The primary focus of this project will be to ensure alignment of systems across the Group as well as supporting the process changes entailed by the project.

The most important tasks in the role are:

• Project management incl. resource management, risk management, stakeholder management, etc.
• Alignment with the various track leads in the project.
• Ongoing reporting to the Steering group.
• Documentation of progress, decisions, etc.

You report to the Director of Product Management and Project Portfolio. You can expect 10-20 annual travel days.

You bring your strong international and digital project management experience into play when navigating among various stakeholders across the entire Group. You are most successful in the role when you listen to and understand different perspectives, but at the same time act upon and make decisions to secure that all projects are delivered according to the plan. To do so you use your excellent communication capabilities and your strong collaboration skills when working across borders and within different cultures in the Group.

It is an advantage if you have:

• +5 years of experience as a Project Manager performing major international digital projects.
• Experience from an international role and from having worked with different cultures.
• Experience from reporting to a Steering group and from collaborating with many different stakeholders.
• Change management experience, as much of the work will be changing processes in large parts of the business.
