Do you have project management experience as a Biostatistician or Statistical Programmer with demonstrated experience of building strong, positive relationships with vendors or Sponsors? You might be the one we are looking for to join our Biostatistics Outsourcing team supporting the outsourcing of biostatistical deliverables for our organisation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Outsourcing Project Manager in a position that can be remote within Europe (Denmark, UK, Spain, Poland) or India. The position
As a member of the Biostatistics outsourcing team responsible, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and CRO partners to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of high-quality statistical services. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with outsourcing services. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate and improve vendor management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Together with the Biostatistics oversight team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal quality processes, and industry standards. You will be required to provide regular updates to Biostatistics management on vendor performance and project status. Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at some of the following attributes then you could be the person, we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as Biostatistician or Statistical Programmer or in a role where you have gained an excellent understanding of the full breadth of Biostatistics and Statistical Programming deliverables.

  • At least 3 years experience as Lead and/or with project management related activities.

  • MSc degree in a relevant field

  • Good experience managing key stakeholders in a complex, matrixed and international business environment with a successful track record influencing stakeholders through value focused conversations

  • Demonstrated experience of managing multiple vendors and projects simultaneously; achieving operational excellence and driving projects to successful delivery

  • Strong interpersonal skills and are able to provide robust challenge whilst building supportive relationships with delivery teams

  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams is a necessity.

  • You have a passion for delivering high quality, efficient services and building on success as well as implementing learnings from failings.
