You will be responsible for delivering on a variety of tasks within your business units from operational people related matters to strategic initiatives. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to shaping the role and have a visible impact, while closely collaborating with the business and the VP of HR.We imagine you are an HR professional who knows all the right HR process steps and thrives on managing the unknown in a fast-paced tech environment. You have a talent for working with leaders at a strategic level while having the breadth of knowledge and confidence to dive into tactical and operational issues when required.As a person, you speak your mind and stand your ground. You are a clear communicator and possess a solid sense of judgement towards what adds value to the business.What we value in the candidatesYou are experienced with the HR Business Partner role and familiar with the typical tasks within the role, like performance management, organizational development, and leadership sparring. What is more, you:

Have worked with most parts of the employee lifecycle, and you facilitate change projects involving many stakeholders.

May bring experience from working with reorganizations, clarifying R&R and strengthening leadership – but certainly you have the experience, toolbox and personality to build a strong and credible platform to support our managers.

Enjoy both hands-on execution and more conceptual design work.

Hold a relevant degree, but more importantly, your experience has given you good insights into your strengths and how to deploy them most effectively.
