Then we have a unique opportunity for you where you can play a fundamental role in building a global approach to Total Rewards in one of the world’s leading hearing healthcare companies.

What is the job about?

As the Senior Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our executive compensation program.
You will also lead the global roll-out of our newly designed global job architecture across all business areas in our 30+ countries worldwide.
And together with the rest of the Rewards & Global Mobility Community of Practice, you will develop the company’s total rewards strategy, and design and implement global compensation and benefits programs.

In this role, you will thus play a critical role in designing, implementing and managing critical global total rewards infrastructure and you will contribute to ensuring that our global total compensation and benefits strategies are equitable, competitive, sustainable, and scalable, and have a positive impact on the short and long-term performance of the company.

Your main responsibilities consist of:

• Leading the global roll-out of the global [xxxxx] job architecture. In some markets this includes implementing a job architecture for the first time and in other markets this means substituting a local job structure with the global job architecture.

• Designing, implementing, and administering an Executive Compensation Program and related policies and processes. The scope of the Executive Compensation Program is the global [xxxxx] top 120.
This includes, but is not limited to, designing and implementing relevant policies and processes, advising senior leadership on compensation strategy and decisions, providing expert insight into best practices and market trends, analysing and interpreting compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, leading the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, incentive plan design, and executive compensation review.

• As a key player in the Community of Practice, Rewards and Global Mobility, contributing to developing and implementing a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. A key objective is transforming the total rewards strategy and approach from a decentralised country-based model to a globally aligned and standardised company total rewards strategy and model.

What do you need to apply?

To be a good match for this role you have minimum 10 years’ experience with total rewards program design and management in multinational companies, and you have proven experience with global job architecture roll-out and management, and with Executive Compensation program design and execution.

As a Global Rewards professional, you are able to establish yourself as a respected reward expert and innovator within the organisation. As a person, you have a strategic mindset, and you use your excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills to understand business needs and gain support for the rewards agenda you are driving. You lead change effectively across business area and markets in a global organisation.

You are a team player, and your collaboration skills and intercultural intelligence enable you to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues across cultures and at all levels of the organisation. Your effective organisational skills enable you to identify an issue, set a direction, structure work, implement a solution and build relevant competences in the organisation. You use your strong communication skills to communicate clearly about the rewards agenda you are driving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing global total rewards programs.
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation and total rewards strategies.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with relevant systems and tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP Successfactors, Workday, etc.].
• Full written and verbal working proficiency in English is a must. Working proficiency in one of more additional languages is a plus.

Additional information

As the Senior Reward Specialist, Executive Compensation & Job Architecture Roll-out you are ideally based in a European or US time zone, but another location can be considered for the right candidate. The position reports to the Senior Director, HR Core Deliveries based in Denmark.
