About the job:

Our HR department, located at our international headquarters in Aarhus, is currently seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient HR Coordinator for a temporary position of 10 months. The tasks are varied, and we expect you to be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality in all HR and personnel administration tasks. You will work with our HR systems and HR processes, ensuring that our data is always up-to-date and reliable. You will be part of a professional, yet informal team of colleagues with diverse tasks and backgrounds. Your tasks:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding
  • Assisting with training and recruitment processes
  • Analyzing employee data for commercial decisions
  • Maintaining employee data in our HR systems
  • Maintaining travel profiles and booking flights and hotels for travelers
  • Monthly travel invoicing
  • Handling employment contracts
  • Managing the HR mailbox
  • Updating material and information on our employee platform
  • Supporting the organization with various inquiries
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your compentencies:

  • You should have a flair for IT and a good understanding of the use of various IT tools and programs
  • You have experience with HR work and preferably knowledge of the legal field.
  • You take pride in having a positive attitude and communication style
  • You speak and write English at a high level
  • You work very systematically and take pride in ensuring all details are correct.
  • You enjoy working independently and taking initiative in your tasks
  • You are service-minded and do your best to serve the organization with good energy and in a value-adding way
  • Familiarity with Tamigo, Relesys, and Talent Tech would be an advantage.
