In the role, you will drive recruitments in close collaboration with leaders across the business, with a particular focus on our Technology unit.

Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include:
  • support leaders in recruiting the right candidates; from creating the job ad to participating in 2nd interviews and provide the candidates with assessment feedback (we use Predictive Index) as well as offer sparring when it comes to candidate selection
  • support leaders in bringing awareness of their biases when recruiting to always ensure fair and inclusive recruitment processes
  • create and execute search strategies to source external candidates
  • participate in the development and execution of our annual employer branding strategy
  • continuously ensure that we develop our talent attraction tools and processes (including our ways of working) to match the growth of the organisation

The team is responsible for the company’s ability to attract, develop and retain skilled people, and we partner with the business to deliver high-quality sparring, tools and people development initiatives. You will join a team of nine highly motivated HR professionals, who work on defining and executing the high ambitions of [xxxxx]’ people agenda. On a daily basis, you will work closely together with our other two talent attraction specialists, and together you will ensure that [xxxxx] is always able to attract and hire the people we need.

    We also imagine that you:
  • hold a relevant educational background within HR, Business Psychology, Communications or similar
  • have 4-5 years of experience from a similar role within talent attraction and employer branding
  • are proficient in English – written and verbal
