As our new student worker, you will become an integrated part of our Supplier Quality & Compliance team within the larger Sourcing department, consisting of 30 experienced and dedicated colleagues. Together, we are responsible for negotiating, sourcing, and managing global sourcing projects. Our fast-paced, cross-functional department offers a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. A student job with focus on procurement- and sourcing processes
In this role, you will support our team with various operational tasks related to sourcing. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting analyses, following up on projects, and assisting our Sourcing Managers.

More specifically you will be working on:

  • Crafting insightful analyses for Category Management to drive strategic decisions and sourcing initiatives.
  • Developing PowerPoint slides for the different category strategies to enhance better communication/presentation
  • Assisting our Sourcing Managers in various sourcing processes, including participation in RFP, RFQ
  • Implementing minor product changes with suppliers
  • Assisting with maintaining and updating master data

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious student eager to contribute to the strengthening of our sourcing efforts at [xxxxx] with enthusiasm and up-to-date theoretical knowledge. You have a solid commercial or technical foundation as you are attending a Bachelor’s or Master's program in Business Administration, Sourcing, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Value Chain Management, or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as you will be utilizing these tools for effective data analysis, report generation, and presentations.

As a person, you are persistent, proactive, and results-oriented. You possess strong analytical skills and can continuously adapt to new information. Your role involves extensive interaction with colleagues across the organization and external stakeholders, therefore excellent communication skills are important. You take pride in your ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach to your tasks but also value close collaboration and the opportunity to engage in constructive teamwork with your colleagues.

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish will be considered an advantage.
