[xxxxx] Wealth Management is the second largest wealth and asset manager in Denmark. We are looking for a Test Manager for our newly established platform program, tasked with ensuring that our IT is up-to-date and leveraging the latest and most advanced technology. The program will run for three years, during which we will undertake the reinstallation of our portfolio management system SimCorp Dimension and build next-generation technology in our Azure Cloud.

We are therefore seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee all testing related toin and around SimCorp Dimension and its integrations with commercial off-the-shelf- andas well as in-house developed software. As the Test Manger, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and documenting all business tests related to our critical business processes. Your role will be pivotal in in ensuring seamless transitions across the various program phases, culminating in the testing of our client- facing solutions.

Expert in test methods and test tools
Drawing on established QA methods and processes, you will play a key role in shaping the quality and test framework of the program. We particularly value your ability to work as a team player and collaborate across multiple teams.

Desirable qualifications for this role include:

• Certification in ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent TMAP certification
• Experience in the financial sector
• Experience with large-scale programs and large test deliveries –- preferably within buy or sell side systems
• Contributions to introducing innovative thinking in testing and adopting a ‘shift left’ approach
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, XRAY, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Splunk

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, and proficiency in Danish is an added advantage.

Quality Assurance Competence Center
At [xxxxx], our testing and quality assurance expertise is centraliszed in the Quality Assurance Competence Center, where you belong organiszationally. You will be part of a group of skilled Test Managers and Technical Testers located in Copenhagen, Aalborg and Warsaw.
