Understanding of banking and tech
We are looking for a new HR partner who can develop and support leaders, employees and teams in the transformation of BEC. In October 2019 BEC launched a new strategy with a strong people vision to grow and lead finance and tech talents in Denmark and Poland. We are investing in leadership and competency development, and we need your help to align, nurture, and systematically adopt new skills and cultivate an international work environment. BEC has launched a leadership foundation and are in the process of its implementation in the whole organization. Leadership behavior is key to development of our organization and our people’s growth mindset.
As an HR partner in BEC, you will be partnering in a business area. Your understanding of the business strategy fosters ongoing people development in your area.
