CSO with founder’s mindset for innovative IoT company

Seluxit is a company with strong growth ambitions, high technical skills, and unique products. They are therefore looking for an energetic and out-going CSO with a founder’s mindset, who can lead sales activities for new and existing customers and thereby strengthen the sales efforts and increase Seluxit’s focus on the energy segment by bringing the solution to many more customers.

As CSO, you will be commercially responsible for the sales activities and responsible for the management, reporting and performance of the Sales Team. Moreover, you will be part of the management team.

Based on prioritized segments and geographical areas, the CSO must drive sales activities in Denmark and on a global level, strengthen customer focus across the organisation, escalate the cadence in the sales efforts, strengthen the organisation and thereby drive future growth.

With direct report to the CEO.

Areas of responsibilities include:

Sales activities and processes

  • Lead sales activities for new and existing customers in Denmark and globally
  • Development of sales- and product strategies for new and existing customers
  • Drive contract negotiations and focus on additional sales
