Student Assistant, HR, Nordic Retail

We are looking for a proactive, service minded Student Assistant, who has interest in HR and is willing to take part in many different HR related activities, services and projects.

Your areas of responsibilities:

As a student assistant you will be expected to help when/where there is a need. The tasks will be many and varied therefore versatility is key. Your main areas of responsibility will be:

  • Day to day operational HR tasks such as making contracts, addendums etc.
  • Updating and maintaining Pandora People Portal (our HCM system) with employee data
  • Preparation of job ads
  • Composition of different reports such as Head Count and FTE reports for retail
  • Assisting in various compensation and benefits tasks and deliveries
  • Participation in the development of different HR Operations processes, including workforce planning system optimization in Retail Nordics
  • Ad hoc tasks

What is needed to succeed:

  • You are on the last year of your Bachelor. or just started your Master studies in e.g. HRM, Psychology, or alike
  • You have excellent people skills
  • You are proactive and hands-on
  • You are well structured and detail orientated, and you fulfill all tasks with the same thoroughness, regardless of interest
  • You have a can-do attitude and thrive in an environment where two days are never the same
