Milestone Systems is recruiting an enthusiastic IT ServiceDesk Engineer for our International IT ServiceDesk team based at our headquarters in Copenhagen. We would expect you to live in commuting distance of Greater Copenhagen. The team is very dynamic and with very high trust between the peers.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- The main responsibility is to provide excellent IT support to our users
- Improve or create processes related to IT service desk, to provide best possible service (you thrive with process and SOP creation)
- Ensure customer satisfaction – with great empathy and understanding of costumer needs
- Creation and setup of computers, printers, mobile phones, etc.
- Handling licenses and maintain software subscriptions etc....
