The Business Process Architect is responsible for ensuring cohesiveness and design of the operating model including end-to-end process landscape. Not only to sustain and optimise current business but also to develop new business in the area of transactional sales, with a strong focus on a new digital business model and platform. Achievements is measured on great customer experience, efficient and globalised sales processes and support of revenue growth by a digital strategy. You will thus be responsible for shaping activities across multiple functional areas of the Service business to reflect commercial and digital transformation priorities, and you will be a significant contributor to develop and evolve our digital capabilities within our transactional business area.
With reference directly to the Senior Director of Digital Customer Channels & eCommerce, you will work closely together with your colleagues in the team as well as with stakeholders in Global Service Sales, Global Marketing, Procurement, Global IT, Management etc.
