Head of Service, Delivery and Process

As the Head of Service, Delivery and Process you will maintain and review global Air and LCL Processes in addition to managing the development of large and complex strategic operational projects from a functional or technical perspective, such as relocations of operations, optimization of existing operations or strategic process and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

Own, execute, maintain and review global Air and LCL operational processes and coordinate communication and training as subject matter experts across the Areas.
