The Position As an Associate Manager, you will lead one of the four analytical teams in the department, which is responsible for a variety of biological and chemical analytical procedures. Your new department is characterized by high professionalism, great quality mindset and an informal tone, and you will be Associate Manager for a team consisting of both laboratory technicians and chemists. Your key responsibilities will be to:

ensure that high performance is met and that the team meets project, quality, and organisational goals.

ensure effective resource allocation in your team and implement quality throughout the processes, securing efficient and safe product release for our patients.

provide leadership and focus on continuous development of the team members through coaching and dialogue.

lead and motivate your team in a busy working environment with changing priorities to meet business needs.
