As our Head of Organisational Capability and Learning you will set our vision and strategic direction and define the initiatives, policies and processes needed to ensure progress and through collaboration and connectivity, empower the broader HR function to effectively execute the strategy. Skills, knowledge and capability are a key lever to realise Ramboll’s ambitions. Operating as a valued partner to business and functional leaders (HR Directors, Business Partners, Talent) you will define our future organisational capability profile and shape the strategy and align plans to achieve our ambition. You will be skilled in recognising the capabilities needed to execute our strategy and able to use your strong skills in analysing workforce trends and data to spot gaps and opportunities between our current and future state.
