Are you interested in bioprocess development and the potential of stem cells in cell therapy and disease modelling? Do you want to take part in building a state-of-the-art bioprocessing platform for the generation of stem cell derived macrophages? Then you are the Research Scientist we are looking for in Cell Therapy Research at Novo Nordisk. The position You will act as a research scientist who accelerates and coordinates the preparation of the pre-clinical macrophage therapy pipeline, managing and executing experimental work in Novo Nordisk that are aligned with research activities at our collaborators in Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (MHH). The research scientist will promote discussions on progressing the macrophage therapy pipeline and link efforts underway in Novo Nordisk and at MHH. The research scientist will work in Måløv (Denmark) and work in collaboration with the team at MHH. Your main responsibilities will include:

Transferring the macrophage bioprocessing platform from MHH to Novo Nordisk

Foster exchange with relevant departments at Novo Nordisk to ensure full production process compliance with all relevant regulatory aspects

Coordination of research activities and exchange between MHH and Novo Nordisk

Contribution to the translation of the technology to a clinical setting
