To provide support in addressing production challenges.

You will be responsible for driving the problem-solving process by understanding the process flow, equipment functionality, and identify the root cause of the issue through systematic problem-solving.

We also conduct product validations, optimize workflows through data processing, and resolve complex incidents in production. As such, you will be working extensively to improve our standards, which we strive to adhere to.
