You will be the HR Business Partner for the Manufacturing Development area which is a part of the Injectable Finished Products unit, working closely with the functional leadership team and HR colleagues locally and in our corporate Centers of Excellence to drive the global and local HR priorities forward. Your main responsibility is to engage with the line of business leadership as a strategic partner by translating the business strategy and priorities into relevant and impactful HR initiatives and actions. This includes driving:

- Diversity & Inclusion
- Talent management & development
- Culture and engagement You will report to the Vice President of Injectable Finished Products HR and become part of a global team, comprising of about 150 colleagues across 5 countries.
