The position
As the Director for PS API Manufacturing II Fermentation, you will have the following responsibilities:
Lead and manage one of the largest fermentation facilities within diabetes and obesity products. Utilize your leadership experience to effectively lead a large and complex unit, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Apply your expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards within operations, validation and qualification processes. Drive continuous optimization and improvement initiatives using LEAN principles. Foster a culture of effective collaboration and communication within the department.
