The Position We're seeking a Process Supporter to join our dedicated team of 11 supporters. This role is tailored to fit your level of experience, whether you are a seasoned senior or someone with a few years under your belt. You'll enjoy the camaraderie of a close-knit environment within a dynamic and fast-paced setting, where high-quality production and patient safety are paramount. As part of your role, you will:

  • Provide support for daily production of assembly and packaging.

  • Tackle deviation handling, change request cases, and systematic problem-solving.

  • Engage in optimizing projects of various kinds.

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary colleagues to maintain our high standards.

    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar.

  • Experience in GMP production.

  • A LEAN mindset and experience with systematic problem-solving.

  • Skills in handling and compiling deviations and editing QMS documents.
