As a Grants Management Substitution Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting DRC's country missions worldwide. Your mission is to fill gaps in grants-related positions, ensuring smooth operations and impactful assistance. From proposal development to technical support, you'll provide essential expertise and guidance to our teams in the country operations. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to the writing and/or compiling of proposals, review proposals for consistency, compliance, language, and overall high quality, in line with DRC’s fundraising strategy.
- Manage and supervise internal and external reporting, ensuring high-quality, well-written, and timely reports meeting donor and DRC requirements.
- Maintain grants system for quality information management including grant files, project documentation, donor communication, trackers etc.; maintain overview of deadlines and requirements for financial and narrative reports, proposals, and amendment requests.
