The position
The ideal candidate already possesses validation skills and is dedicated ensuring the quality of our projects. At M1 Kalundborg, we produce APIs for Novo Nordisk's flagship products, leading to numerous large-scale optimization and capacity projects.
You will primarily be working on projects or Change Request and will have close collaboration with your production colleagues and lead QA. Occasional tasks outside regular working hours may be required.
Qualifications
We are seeking dedicated colleague with strong collaborations skills capable of working both independently and within teams. To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have:
• Relevant experience from projects, quality, or production in a pharmaceutical setting,
• Good communication skills,
• Fluency in English – both oral and written. As a person you are flexible, collaborative, and committed, with a good understanding of production, equipment, and/or validation.
