As the Head of VIP Services at Novo Nordisk, your role involves overseeing VIP and executive services, focusing on the HQ and the Nordic region. You will manage and coordinate assistance for VIPs and executives, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Provide high-level support to VIPs and executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison between VIPs, executives, and other departments, handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, their teams, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team responsible for VIP and executive support, fostering a positive work environment and driving team growth.
