The Position As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for a fleet of production equipment used for production of plastic components for the FlexTouch® injection pen. The equipment includes industrial robots and automatic decoration lines, including laser engraving and vision systems to ensure the quality of the items to make sure patients are kept safe. We are supporting the local operations teams in Denmark, US, Czech Republic and China. You can expect a lot of variation in your daily tasks, such as:

Provide technical support to local operations worldwide

Participate in deviations or customer complaints and handle change requests.

Responsible for ensuring validated state, GMP compliance and readiness for inspection/audit.

Financially responsible for spare part budget, repairs and maintenance.

Enabling the local operations teams to ramp-up production as quickly as possible

Risk assessment of fleet and strategy for replacing obsolete parts
