Our Manufacturing Development department is unique as it covers all development, Product Project Management, and collaboration with CMO’s. Our Project Managers are responsible for 1-2 products or cover a portfolio of different projects. The PM/CM team (Project Management and Contract Manufacturing) is responsible for the portfolio of new products as well as Life Cycle Management and optimization of existing products.
