German-speaking legal counsel

In the role, your primary function will be to provide the organisation with relevant legal input for decision-making regarding current and future business opportunities. You will gain valuable experience within the energy market, especially renewable energy.Your areas of responsibility will include the following:

support the organisation in assessing legal risks and value in current and future contractual relations

draft and negotiate contracts primarily focused on the German market and IT

be the in-house law specialist for all legal requests

For that reason, we work closely with the commercial teams to understand our business and products and help develop a legal framework.We are a team of six committed, innovative and experienced legal counsels who collaborate extensively with the organisation and external legal advisors. We are also a social team who enjoys spending time together.As you will be working on legal matters in a complex business, we imagine youhave a can-do-attitude where no job is too big orsmall – the team covers a wide range of tasks, and we always support each other in getting the job done. hold a relevant educational background in law

have at least two years’ experience in a similar position, either with a law firm or as an in-house counsel

are proficient in English and German – both written and verbal
