If you are ambitious in the kitchen and enjoy working with the best ingredients and serving quality and pleasure on every plate, we believe you could be our new a la carte Chef at Restaruant Ansvar - Greenery lab, which is Scandics front-runner and development site for a sustainable green ecological profile. At Restaurant Ansvar, the joy of food and quality will be served with respect for good ingredients. There will be a strong focus on vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes, produced on local ingredients in harmony with nature and balance with the environment and sustainability.

At Restaurant Ansvar, you become part of a team that is passionate about and takes great pride in the food served. You will help to create a vegetable-oriented menu at a high level, which is always based on seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is handled by our head chef with experience from Denmark and abroad, including several Michelin restaurants.

We know that you have a simmering desire to make a difference and that you have a razor-sharp edge in the kitchen. Duties

  • Preparation of hot and cold dishes of high quality
  • Being the face of the kitchen in the restaurant, for example when refilling buffets, slicing meat and presenting menus
  • Self-checks
  • Receipt of goods
  • Teaching trainees and new colleagues

Skills & Requirements


Who are you?

  • You are a trained chef
  • You are able to work independently – with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • You have a drive to exceed our guests’ expectations and take pride in always delivering high quality
  • You are used to showing broad versatility, with a focus on à la carte, conferences and private parties
  • You are prepared to work evening and weekends
  • You either speak a Nordic language or can make yourself understood in English
