[xxxxx] is a modern hotel with focus on quality and excellent service. We use local in season produce, and we make everything from scratch. We cater both to a la carte and functions, and the available position include food prep and cooking in all areas of the kitchen.

We also host smaller exclusive Chef’s Table events in our wine cellar. This is were we can really play with creativity to give our guests outstanding experiences within the world of gastronomy.

The ideal applicant:

About us:

Restaurant stuen th. is part of [xxxxx], owned by Kristina Bundesen and Christian Rasmussens since 2015 and is continuously renovated and expanded into a modern boutique hotel. Today there are 38 rooms, a restaurant hosting 45 a la carte guests, function- and meeting rooms for up to 60 guests and an exclusive wine cellar and Chef's table with room for 16 guests. Our guests are a mix of locals, tourists and Danish and international business guests.
