About this role

As a Marketing Manager, you will join our local Danish marketing team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Head of Marketing. Your key focus will be driving growth for Just Eat Takeaway in Denmark by executing our marketing strategy and delivering 360° campaigns across multiple channels.

You will work closely with both the local marketing team and global stakeholders. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you bring a creative mindset, a proactive attitude, and strong collaboration skills. You are detail-oriented, commercially minded, and analytical, with a passion for driving results.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Plan, develop, and execute 360° campaigns across traditional and digital channels to effectively reach target audiences, including goal setting, creative briefing, and performance evaluation
  
  
• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including internal agencies, digital, CRM, and performance marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
  
  
• Analyse customer insights, market trends, and marketing best practices to develop data-driven and impactful strategies
  
  
• Work closely with partners and stakeholders to create marketing strategies that align with market trends and business objectives
  
  
• Lead event marketing efforts, overseeing planning and execution to maximise brand exposure and audience engagement
  
  
• Be a proactive team player, contributing positively to the local and regional marketing team
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• Fluent in English and Danish (written & spoken), with strong communication skills
  
  
• Proven track record in the Danish market, ideally in growth marketing, FMCG, and/or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  
  
• Experience in CRM, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer engagement
  
  
• Strong creative judgment, strategic thinking, and a test-and-learn mentality
  
  
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage projects successfully
