We are looking for an employee for a temporary position in a company in Skanderborg. You will work as a Customer Coordinator in the company, reporting to the Sales Manager, and assist in the daily tasks of the company.
This is a temporary position with working hours covering a few days/weeks in May-June, full-time in July-August, and potentially a few days/weeks after August.

Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Registration and handling of orders
- Billing customers
- Approval of freight and invoices
- Registration of customers, damages, and follow-up
- Daily support and assistance to the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales and customer service
- Understand or want to learn order processing and logistics processes
- Familiarity with relevant IT systems and tools
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Personal Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Danish and English (IMPORTANT)
- Service-oriented and solution-focused approach to tasks
- Positive, cheerful, and smiling demeanor
