As a Senior Service Specialist in our Global Service & Solutions Team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enhance customer experiences worldwide. Your role is all about crafting and refining service concepts across our product lines, from troubleshooting to providing technical support. Your expertise will truly make a difference in how customers interact with our products.What is the job about?Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Extend expert after-sales service at pump and system/application levels, ensuring every customer receives tailored support and solutions
Collaborate closely with Service Technicians, lending your technical expertise to resolve intricate service cases and ensure customer satisfaction
Lead engaging product training sessions, empowering both customers and colleagues with in-depth technical knowledge and insights
Be a part of the introduction of new products, contributing your expertise to Products Life Management Teams and shaping the future of Grundfos solutions
