The position As Assembly Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our medical devices production, both internally, within Novo Nordisk’s production sites, and externally at our CMOs. Your broad range of responsibilities will include:
  • Taking charge of complex technical and quality deviation tasks, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to mitigate future occurrences
  • Driving improvements in the design of assembly equipment, working closely with engineering teams, internal as well as external, to optimize functionality and enhance productivity
  • Playing a consultative role towards Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) in the design of plastic components for known or potential devices and offering expert inputs to update of specifications that align with assembly requirements and quality standards
  • Educating and mentoring colleagues and business partners on assembly processes, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and best practices, fostering a culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement, enabling colleagues to become more knowledgeable and proficient
  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant field
  • Possess a proven experience working with assembly lines
  • Have a strong understanding of GMP and medical devices production
  • Demonstrate a technical proficiency in assembly processes and equipment troubleshooting
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • As a person, you are attention to detail and committed to maintain the highest standards of product quality. You possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You are a true team-player. Last but not least, you have a proactive approach to process improvement with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.
