We're seeking a talented, motivated Design intern to join our dynamic team. You'll be part of the Design team in a fast-growing global brand, working closely with Buying & Production Team. This role offers diverse tasks and responsibilities, providing a rapid learning experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working from our beautiful [xxxxx] HQ in Copenhagen Ø, and report directly to the Designer and Senior Designer of our Wear Team.

Responsibilities

The design intern should support the Designers in developing the collections, following products from initial concept creation through development and prototype stage and fittings, creating two annual collections including capsules.

• Set-ups in Illustrator across different categories; casual/basic wear, outerwear, knitwear, accessories, baby accessories, footwear, soft interior and bags
• Support on setting up and commenting of style information sheets in PLM
• Assist designers in keeping all digital design files up to date
• Continuously making sure all design boards are updated and be ready for presentations
• Inspiration research for new collections across different categories within the [xxxxx] universe
• Creating mood boards and design boards
• Help with setting up commenting sheets for prototypes ready to be sent out to factories
• Commenting on Lab dips and print strike offs
• Helping with various ad hoc tasks around the design office like sending packages and archiving

You have

• Currently enrolled in a degree or recently graduated from a relevant education in design or fashion
• A good technical knowledge and understanding
• A commercial mindset and product understanding
• Strong communication skills with a hands-on and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• An interest in sustainability and keeping an eye on trends and tendencies in the industry

• Experienced user of the Adobe Suite (Mainly InDesign and Illustrator) as well as the Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Passionate and eager to learn and evolve
