If you have the right skills and mindset, you can be part of this journey, while developing professional skills.</p><p>Our function, Corporate Business Integrity, is a high-paced function with employees in Denmark, US and India and daily interfaces across Ramboll’s global organization. We are responsible for continuously developing and driving Ramboll’s anti-corruption, human rights, sanctions, AI and data privacy programs. Furthermore, we provide legal contract support to Ramboll’s global procurement team.</p><p>To succeed in this role, you must have a can-do attitude, a structured approach and be motivated by providing excellent support characterized by a high-quality standard. No two days will be the same, but they will be challenging and fun.</p><p>You will be part of a diverse and dedicated team that is ambitious and enjoys working together. We are driven by our shared commitment and passion for supporting our business across the world.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Assist and support in developing presentations, reports, training material etc.</li><li>Administrative support to our team e.g. travelbooking, booking meetings</li><li>Create and maintain our intranet sites (Sharepoint)</li><li>Conduct desktop research</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>You will gain experience in working globally within our areas of responsibility supporting Ramboll’s employees placed in more than 35 countries. You are good at e.g.:</p><ul><li>Planning and meeting deadlines</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Working independently and structured</li><li>Thrives in a dynamic environment</li><li>Strong communicative skills, both in writing and in visual presentations such as PowerPoint</li><li>Strong writing and verbal skills, in both English and Danish</li></ul><p>On a more personal note, you like working in a highly motivated environment. Your curiosity helps you better understand and work together with people with other areas of expertise than your own, and your creative mind helps you effectively convey often complex projects.</p><p><strong>Terms of employment </strong><br>
