We are looking for a full-time Intern within Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) and Vigilance.About the department: You will report to the Head of Scientific Affairs and be part of our growing global Scientific Affairs organization based in Copenhagen, which currently includes 10 employees.Your role in 3ShapeAs our Intern within Post-Market Surveillance and Vigilance you will be working closely with our Senior PMS Manger on various project within Post-Market Surveillance and Vigilance. You will have the chance to explore the medical device industry and you will develop general knowledge within global regulations and facilitate PMS activities to support the safety and performance of all 3Shape products, both hardware and software medical devices.You will gain invaluable hands-on experience in a fast-moving industry. As our Intern you will have a unique opportunity to work with a passionate team making a meaningful impact that can lead to a career in MedTech.As part of your role, you will receive continuous feedback from and engage in sparring with the team.If needed, the working hours will be planned with flexibility in relation to your studies. We prioritize to be present in person at the office and we expect our intern to do the same.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support our Scientific Affairs Team members in PMS and Vigilance projects.
  • Support in collection of relevant PMS data.
  • Support Regulatory Intelligence work within Vigilance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the PMS and Vigilance processes and procedures.
  • Work cross-functionally and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Support our PMS Manager during reporting and Field Safety Corrective Actions.
  • Support on general Scientific Affairs tasks.
  • You profileWe are looking for a 3rd year Bachelor or Master level student who:
  • Has an educational background in health or life sciences,
  • Is seeking to grow professionally over a period of 6 or 12 months before potentially entering the industry of medical devices.
  • Has a strong interest in learning about medical device regulations, approvals, and maintenance of medical devices globally.
  • As a person, you:
  • Are good team player with strong interpersonal skills who thrives working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks while managing tight deadlines.
  • Are curious by nature and have the desire to develop within the Medical Device field.
  • Are ambitious with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and committed to delivering high-quality results in fast paced environment.
