As a key player in our ecommerce department, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and managing our campaigns across all countries and channels through Google Ads, Tiktok Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with the ecommerce team and other teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with TikTok Ads and is a plus but not mandatory.
