The Senior Commercial Associate will be reporting to the Head of Indirect and Institutions, Commercial Excellence.The indirect channel involves the sale of our products through resellers and key partners, while institutional customers encompass a diverse range of entities such as Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), universities, and hospitals. These customers require tailored solutions that cater to enterprise-like setups, distinct from those offered to individual dentists or clinics.As a business partner to our commercial organization, you will work to identify opportunities for commercial efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will be crucial in providing solid recommendations for achieving these improvements and developing a comprehensive commercial toolbox to support their implementation.As Senior Commercial Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering commercial strategic and operational projects in the indirect channel and for institutional customers
  • Building a solid foundation for a more professional and effective engagement with our resellers
  • Developing effective strategies to maximize the activation of upcoming product and system launches in the indirect channel and for institutional customers
  • Developing and maintaining a suite of tools, processes, and systems to enhance engagement and performance across all commercial activities.
  • Ensuring clear alignment on project scope, deliverables, and success criteria among all stakeholders, fostering collaboration and cohesion.
  • By taking on this vital role, you will contribute to [xxxxx]'s growth and enhancing relationships with resellers and contribute to commercial success in key segments.Professional competenciesWe are seeking a motivated individual with a talent for cultivating relationships and delivering results.
  • Ideal candidate has min. 2 years of experience from either management consulting or a corporate commercial excellence role
  • Master/MBA is a minimum requirement
  • Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to lead yourself and create results through others
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
