Welcome to Restaurant Ansvar – Greenery Lab.

Ansvar offers a unique culinary experience with an organic approach and sustainability in mind. We have a passion for vegetables, legumes and mushrooms, and we let them play the main role in our dishes. We work with Danish organic suppliers to ensure that we only use the best seasonal produce.

We strive to give our guests an evening filled with new impressions and surprises. We experiment with fermentation, pureeing and drying to create new taste experiences that challenge and surprise. We want our guests to leave the restaurant with a sense of having learned something new and different.

Duties

• Responsible for restaurant, bar and conference catering
• Daily management, coaching of the team and participation in operations
• Offers and sales of parties and events
• Budget tasks, shift planning, guest and employee satisfaction across the hotel's other departments and other administrative tasks

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

• You have several years of experience from a high-end restaurant and a good understanding of workflows in a hotel
• You are a passionate Restaurant Manager and always strive to exceed the guest's expectations
• You have management experience and with a positive and dynamic attitude, you work towards common goals and everyone's success
• You have a passion for detail and will help develop our already dynamic and prominent restaurant and hotel brand
• You are a trained waiter or have equivalent experience
• You have a good overview and as a person you are creative, motivating, have a high energy level and work result-oriented
• You speak a Nordic language and can communicate in English, which is our corporate language
