Do you have experience with safety conditions and logistics planning, preferably from the wind or maritime industry? Are you familiar with these domains or IT-interested? With reference to the Senior Project Manager, you will become the domain responsible for the SITE product which is used by marine coordinators onshore and personnel offshore to manage: Offshore safety compliance, logistics planning, and situational awareness on offshore windfarms – both during construction and operations & maintenance of the windfarms. The SITE team has a focus on delivering a high quality product and services and improving customer and domain knowledge in the offshore wind and safety/compliance domains. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Domain Owner: Ensuring that the SITE product fulfills a set of domain requirements
  • Domain Strategy: Ensuring that we have a strategy for the evolution of the domain
  • Domain Training: Ensuring that internal stakeholders have the necessary domain knowledge
  • Domain Testing: Ensuring that the product has the right quality and thereby support the customer use of the SITE product

You will have a key role in an international company driven by innovation and close collaboration with customers to strengthen its position. In this position, you will have the opportunity to specialize in SITE and become the go-to person for the entire domain, giving you significant influence on the ongoing development of the product. Additionally, you will be part of a dedicated team of 16 employees where the culture is down-to-earth, ambitious, and humorous. You can expect travel activities equivalent to approximately 20 days annually, mainly to Northwestern Europe and the USA.

Skilled engineer with a aptitude for feedback and user insights
You hold a relevant Master’s or BA degree within Engineering or other relevant education for the domain. Education is not crucial, but it would be advantageous if you have experience from industries such as offshore wind, maritime, oil and gas, for example working as a marine coordinator with; induction and personnel management, transport asset management, work authorisations, transfer planning and manifesting and monitoring. You have a keen interest in IT systems and processes and possess a good ability to see things from the user's perspective. Additionally, you have substantial experience in product testing. Furthermore, you are customer-oriented, hands-on, and eager to make a difference. You understand the importance of high quality, attention to detail, structure, and [xxxxx] work. You are curious, self-driven, and excel in collaboration at all levels, whether with customers, Product Managers, or Software Developers. You enjoy teaching and presenting to audiences, and you may already have experience facilitating workshops. Lastly, you have the ability to listen, influence, work persistently, and communicate effortlessly in both written and spoken English.
