If you are passionate about designing high impact training to improve ways of working? Here is your chance to build simple and efficient training in a company with a unique impact on global healthcare.

Grab this opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, ready to invest in you. Here you will not only get to impact the production and development of our products; you will also have every opportunity to develop and grow your own skills.

Every 2nd second Ferrosan Medical Devices’ products help surgeons and nurses control bleedings and avoid complications in surgical procedures. We make seconds count in surgical care! And we need you on our team!

Design simple and efficient training

As our new Training Partner, you will be responsible for re-designing and implementing a new training system. All mandatory and regulated training (QMS) of our people needs to be re-designed and systemised – and implemented in a system. To begin with, the role will focus on re-designing the training related to onboarding our professionals working directly with our operation, our Operators, and our Laboratory Technicians. The system, however, needs to be built to include all our training on the long term.

Your main responsibility will be to support our business units with a simple and efficient training program, ranging from building a training strategy, defining training needs with your stakeholders, creating training plans to setting standards for selecting external training partners and to implementing a system for the training.

Your role

  • Create a training strategy.
  • Identify training needs in our production and provide hands-on support to managers.
  • Designing the training based on the needs assessment, taking various training methods into account.
  • Develop a systematic approach to practical training incl. coaching of local trainers.
  • Creating training plans and ensuring execution of the training.
  • Select, build, and implement a system for the training.
  • Implement the training framework across our business.

  • Continuously update our existing training structure and proactively initiate training if you see the need.
  • Support our managers in all aspects of training.

About you

Your background is not the most important, but you may have a master’s degree in science such as engineering, biology, pharmacy or similar. The most important is that you know your way in terms of designing efficient training for other professionals and enjoy the process of designing relevant training. You are self-driven and passionate about your field of work, data-driven in your problem-solving and structured. Your professional background may include some of the below experiences:

  • You probably have 3-5 years’ experience from a similar role.
  • You excel in stakeholder management.
  • You enjoy all about systems, digital and data.
  • You have experience driving projects, training others and facilitate workshops.
  • You are motivated by solving problems, seeing opportunities, and driving the change.
  • You have experience with LEAN.
  • You have knowledge about training principles.
  • You have experience from another production site, QMS regulated company, maybe within Pharma or MedTech.
