Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting minutes
  • Admission
  • Exams
  • Surveys
  • Invoices and payments
  • Scheduling
  • Database updating
  • Responding to student, faculty and staff inquiries
  • Various other administrative tasks

About you

  • Strong communicator in English and Danish, both written and verbal
  • Independent, proactive, structured and flexible mindset
  • Keen to contribute to a friendly and supportive atmosphere for students and staff
  • Thrive in an unpredictable, fast-paced working environment where independent decisions often must be made and where collaboration is key
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clerical qualifications and preferably experience from similar type of jobs
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office

Terms of employment

The position is permanent and full-time, and salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between HK STAT and the Ministry of Finance.

At Niels Brock, we want to ensure working conditions that provide a good balance between work life and family life. Employees at Niels Brock with children under the age of 3 have the opportunity to apply for reduced time of 10% without salary reduction.
