Product Owner, Indicata at [xxxxx] Group

Are you ready to take the lead in driving the development of innovative software solutions in a leading IT department? [xxxxx] Development is looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to play a key role in our Indicata Development Department. The department is continuing its exciting expansion and is now looking to add an additional 5 developers as well as 2 Product Owners.

As our new Product Owner, you will report directly to the department manager of [xxxxx] Indicata Development and become an integral part of a dynamic software team, each with different focuses and their own developers and Product Owners, including you. Additionally, there is a great community of product owners at [xxxxx] providing excellent opportunities for professional sparring and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for your team’s focus area, ensuring close collaboration with product management on product roadmaps.
• Facilitate the breakdown of epics and stories into development-ready tasks.
• Serve as the team’s Scrum Master, leading iteration planning and PI planning.
• Manage the implementation of features up to release and report on progress and challenges.
• Communicate business requirements to developers and translate technical solutions back to the business.

Your Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience with software development processes and a solid understanding of systems.
• Preferably practical experience as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or similar.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum, User Story writing etc.
  - and preferably knowledge of SAFe.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both developers, designers, and business partners.
• Experience working with big data, complex calculations, statistics or likewise mathematical experience is advantageous for one of the Product Owner positions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
