Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Group HR.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Faerch DK's business and Group functions by identifying, attracting, recruiting, sourcing and selecting the right candidates for key positions. You will promote Faerch as an employer of choice, support the optimization of the talent acquisition processes, and ensure new employees are effectively onboarded.

Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Faerch, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, sourcing and selecting the right candidates to build a strong workforce for our Danish business and Group functions. You will play an active role in promoting Faerch as an employer of choice and supporting initiatives on a Group level. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing talent acquisition processes via technology and passive sourcing tools.

The primary task will be:

• Determine talent needs and specifications based on business and strategy understanding. This involves a broad understanding of the internal talent pools in Faerch.
• Manage the recruitment process life cycle for assigned openings, including internal approvals, drafting job profiles, candidate search and screening (internal and external), assisting in interviews, onboarding, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Executive Management Team members to develop hiring procedures and support strategic recruitments.
• Utilize passive candidate sourcing strategies and social media for branding, recruitment and sourcing.
• Work on Faerch employer branding in collaboration with local BU Nordics Management team, Chief People Officer, and Marketing and Communications team.
• Own data and prepare reports related to open positions, retention, and departing employees.
• Build structured onboarding plans to integrate new employees into the Faerch organization and culture.

Your profile:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role, along with in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems is essential, experience with LinkedIn Recruitment is a given – and it is critical that you are able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Furthermore, we expect:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in Danish and English
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not strictly required.

Please be aware that traveling may be required to assist with Group positions located abroad.
