Job Description:

• Be responsible for the product manufacture.
• Handle and implement overall technical issue on product, from NPI to EOL, to meet customer technical request fully.
• ECO overall owner, implement ECO for products which are assigned to meet internal and external request.
• Improve process and quality to meet customer and internal target for products which are assigned.
• Continuously improve the production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Education and Major: College degree or above, Major in EE or other relevant subject.
• Working Experience: At least 3 years hands-on experience on Product Engineer preferably in the electronics assembly industry, experience in an EMS industry will be an advantage.
• General Requirements: Strong Knowledge in SMT, BOX and HMD process, familiar with IPC-610, TS 5 tools (Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), have knowledge of IATF16949, have automotive process approach and risk based thinking, good communication skills, good English both in written and oral.
• Special skills: Knowledge in quotation and box building is plus, PPAP, DOE and Six Sigma are plus, J-STD-001 and others are plus, experience on Lean Manufacturing.
• Personality: Be logical and systematic, be a team player with can-do attitude, be responsible and adaptable to high pressure.
