Ready to take your career to a next level? Apply now! Let’s talk about the role In the role as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the scaling of our Virtual Reality track. Key responsibilities • Plan and coordinate all scaling activities for Virtual Reality Experiences with stakeholders from various production sites.
• Follow-up on scaling activities with the internal team, production sites and collaboration partners in People & Organization.
• Act as the entry point of the Virtual Reality track for new interested units.
• Ensure alignment and coordination around daily operations in the Virtual Reality team.
• Facilitate our internal way of working in the team, such as daily meetings and weekly review sessions.
• Coordinate new tasks in the team with our Product Owner, Product Manager and collaboration partners in People & Organization. As a project manager, you will bring your planning and collaborative mindset to work, building the bridge between our technical solutions and needs of the production sites. This means you will be part of driving and implementing the solutions, all the way from the initial communication with new interested units, to the final large-scale implementation, supporting thousands of employees across continents.
You will report to the Head of Immersive Technologies. The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark, in our brand-new tech hub.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant field
• Be structured in your work and enjoy coordinating complex planning
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders
• Have 2+ years of experience in a project management, digitalization, consultancy, strategy, business partnering position or similar
• Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
In addition, experience with XR platforms/devices and applying technology in innovative solutions to solve business challenges is a plus. As a person you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. Most important of all, you are passionate about powering digital transformation across the entire value chain! About the department
You will join our Immersive Technologies Department, which is part of our Digital, Data & IT area in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for implementing, developing, supporting, and maintaining Immersive Technologies across our production sites globally in Novo Nordisk.
We partner with the business to support digital transformation and innovation in all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain – from idea to patient. We accelerate digital value creation through standardized, efficient, and secure technology platforms – the foundation for everything digital in Novo Nordisk.
